Your weekend must-do

August 14, 2015 by Helen Farmer

Weekends have changed since having a baby. That's no secret, but there are some upsides, namely:

  • No hangovers
  • No expensive brunches

That's it really.

We tried the new Mini Monsters in the DNATA building on Sheikh Zayed Road a few weeks ago, (confession: we've been back every weekend since) and the sprog LOVED IT. There's a new 'baby sensory room', which is basically pitch black with a ball pit that changes colour, some cool lighting, and a nice soft floor. It would actually be a lovely place to have a hangover.

The photo opps are pretty cool, too.

There's also the main soft play area, which has different zones for different ages, and a nice cafe. An hour costs Dhs35 for under 1s, and Dhs50 for older children, and parking is free.
